Launch your loyalty programme in 30 minutes

You do not need a week, a consultant, or a technical background. This guide walks you through the four steps to go live with Countloyal today.

Step 1: Set up your programme (10 minutes)

Sign up at countloyal.com and create your business. Choose your business name, upload your logo, and pick your brand colour. Then set your stamp card: decide how many stamps customers need to collect (we recommend 8 to 10) and what the reward is. A free coffee, a 20% discount, or a bonus item all work well. Hit save and your digital stamp card is live.

Step 2: Print your QR code (5 minutes)

Download the QR code from your dashboard. Print it and place it on the counter where customers pay. This is how customers will scan to earn stamps. If you are on the Local Favourite or Local Legend plan, you can enable the rotating QR station for extra security, but the static QR code works perfectly for most businesses.

Step 3: Brief your team (10 minutes)

Your staff need to know two things: how the earn flow works (customers scan the counter QR code after paying, enter their stamp count, and show the screen to the team member for visual confirmation) and how to handle a redemption (when the customer's screen turns green, staff confirm the reward). That is it. The whole process takes about sixty seconds to learn.

Step 4: Go live (5 minutes)

Start offering stamps to every customer who pays. A simple “Would you like to join our loyalty programme? Scan this QR code and you will get a stamp with every visit” is all it takes. Most businesses see their first 20 members within the first week without any marketing spend at all.

Launch day checklist

Before you open, confirm these are done: business name and logo uploaded, stamp card reward set, QR code printed and placed at the counter, staff briefed on stamping and redemptions, and your first test stamp scanned by you or a team member. If all five are ticked, you are live.

What to do in week one

Focus on sign-ups. Ask every customer. Put a small sign next to the QR code explaining the reward. Share your join link on social media. After seven days, check your dashboard to see how many members you have and how often they are returning. That data will tell you whether to adjust your reward or stamp count.
