What if my WiFi goes down?

The system is built for the shop floor. Customers scan the QR code using their own data connection. If your shop WiFi is spotty, it does not stop people from joining or getting stamps.

Is it hard to train my staff?

If they can point to a QR code, they are trained. We provide a one page printable guide for your counter to make it easy for your team.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Cards live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. One tap and they are in.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start free, move up when you outgrow your member cap, and move back down whenever you like. No lock-in.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?

Existing members are never affected. On Newcomer and Local Favourite, new customers cannot join until you upgrade or your count drops back under the limit. On Local Legend, members above 1,500 are billed in 500 member blocks at a small per block rate, so you never have to turn regulars away.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard settings at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
