Pricing questions

What counts as an active member?+
An active member is a customer who has joined your programme and collected at least one stamp within the current billing period. Customers who joined but haven't visited recently do not count towards your limit.
How do you communicate with customers?+
Countloyal sends wallet push notifications directly to customers' Apple Wallet or Google Wallet cards at no extra cost. Growth and Scale plans also have the option to send SMS campaigns — these are charged at cost (typically a few cents per message) with no markup. There are no mandatory per-message fees on any plan.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you are never charged twice.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?+
You will see a prompt to upgrade. Existing members are never affected — your programme keeps running normally. New customers simply can't join until you upgrade or your count drops back under the limit.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel from your dashboard settings at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans are charged upfront and save you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing.
