Countloyal brings digital loyalty and done-for-you marketing together for independent cafés. A card for your regulars. A current online presence for people finding you for the first time. Practical tools and service that work alongside your till.
Independent cafés should be able to give regulars a digital card without an app download, dedicated hardware, or a new till. A customer scans the counter QR, stamps their own card, and shows the live confirmation to the team. The card can sit in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Countloyal works beside the till. It does not replace it.

Founder
Jonathan Reeve founded Countloyal after 25 years in retail. He worked at Tesco and supported some of the world's biggest loyalty programmes, including Tesco Clubcard. Countloyal brings that experience to the everyday needs of an independent café.
At the counter at Éclair
At Éclair Boulangerie in Hampton, customers scan the counter QR, open their loyalty card and show the live confirmation to the team. Éclair Boulangerie in Melbourne is the live proving café, and the figures on the homepage belong to that one café. They say whether the counts were read live. They are not a result claimed for every café.
Where this is going
- Loyalty stays a counter card the customer stamps. Café setup is about 10 minutes, with a counter-ready target of 48 hours. No app download and no dedicated hardware.
- The Square integration is ready to connect and go live for cafés already using Square. The counter QR remains available for any till.
