Everyone who signs up through your referral link gets a personalised welcome and an automatic discount — no code needed.
No — you can refer cafés without having your own Countloyal account. Rewards are paid as cash credits via Stripe. If you also run a café on Countloyal, credits can instead be applied to your own subscription.
Once your café client is live on Countloyal, they can send broadcast messages to their loyalty members. You fund or co-fund a specific offer (e.g. a free coffee or a discount), and the café sends the broadcast with your roastery's branding. Get in touch to discuss terms.
Rewards are applied as soon as a referred café converts to a paid plan. Free months are applied to your Stripe bill immediately. Cash credits (Founding Partner tier) accumulate monthly and are paid out via Stripe Connect.
Up to 6 months from sign-up. After that the referral expires. Most cafés that actively use the free plan convert within the first 2 months.
Yes — your roaster dashboard shows every referral, their current stage (signed up, in trial, converted), and your earnings in real time. You also get a unique referral link to share.
