This page covers everything you need to know as a team member. There are three tasks: adding a stamp, handling a reward, and signing up a new customer. Each one takes seconds.
When a customer pays, ask if they would like a stamp. Open the staff page on your phone or tablet, enter the business code and your staff PIN, then search for the customer by name or phone number. Tap to add one stamp. The customer does not need to scan anything to earn a stamp.
When a customer has collected all their stamps, their wallet card will show a green reward screen. Ask to see their screen, confirm the reward is valid, then tap to redeem on the staff page. The card resets to zero stamps and the customer starts collecting again. Give them whatever the reward is (a free coffee, a discount, or whatever your business has set up) and you are done.
If someone is not yet a member, point them to the QR code on the counter. They scan it, enter their phone number, and receive a one-time code via SMS to verify. Once verified, their digital stamp card is added to their Apple or Google Wallet instantly. The whole process takes about 30 seconds. They get their first stamp straight away.
Customer says the QR code is not working: make sure they are using their phone camera, not a separate QR app. If it still does not work, share the join link directly (your manager has it).
Customer says they lost their card: digital cards live in their wallet app and cannot be lost. Ask them to open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and search for your business name. If they deleted it, they can rejoin via the QR code and their stamps will still be there.
Customer wants to redeem but the card does not show a reward: they may not have enough stamps yet. Check the stamp count on their screen. If it looks wrong, ask your manager to check the dashboard.
